For pi day, March 14, I was at the Brinkerhoff's house watching Brittany, Haley, and Braydon while Jason and Jackie were in Mexico on vacation, and we decided that we wanted to make a pie. I have never made a pie before so this was my first attempt and let me tell you it turned out de-LICIOUS!! I was so very proud of myself that I had Braydon take a picture of me with my, what would have been if we had entered it into a contest, contest winning pie. It was an apple pie that we put an E on the top of to pay homage to Einstein on his birthday. I look greasy too, but don't worry about that.
