12 Days of Christmas cont.

On the fifth day of Christmas my true Love gave to me ... a dozen roses. This present was not only beautiful but it has special meaning because of something that was in the book he gave me on the first day of Christmas. And you're going to have to read the book if you want to know.

On the sixth day of Christmas my true Love gave to me ... an all expense paid trip to my dining room for a delicious home cooked breakfast.

Here he is ladies and gentlemen

The Sweetest Boy this Side of a Jam Sandwich Down

Joel Ackerman, my most sweet and precious boyfriend, is doing the 12 Days of Christmas for me this year.

On the first day of Christmas my true Love gave to me ... a copy of his favorite book, The Little Prince (which I had never read before and ended up really liking).

On the second day of Christmas my true Love gave to me ... Yentl and a bag of popcorn. Yentl was the movie that Joel and I watched on our second date when Joel realized he wanted to hold my hand. Cute, huh?

On the third day of Christmas my true Love gave to me ... a trip to the Salt Lake Temple to look at the beautiful Christmas lights.

On the fourth day of Christmas my true Love gave to me ... hummus and chips. Joel knows my favorite things and this is definitely one of my favorite meals.

Little Joel

Big Joel and I have been spending a lot of time at Kelsey's house lately and Little Joel always has funny things to ask and tell us. This week was particularly funny.

Pretty soon after we walked in the door the other day Joel asked me, "Jamie, are you pregnant yet?" I'm not sure why but he feels the need to ask me almost every time I see him if I'm either married, pregnant, or have any kids. The other day out of nowhere he yelled at me from another room, "Jamie! My Mom has kids." Thank you Joel.

Soon after that he had a question for Joel. "Big Joel! BIG JOEL!! Can I see your hairy chest?" Big Joel told him that it was neither the time or the place which didn't make Little Joel too happy and he kept pestering him about it.

He had some more funny questions but these were the best and most recent.
